Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixologist to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Relations: Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, taking initiative to ensure a positive experience.
- Alcohol Service: Dispense alcoholic beverages while controlling service to prevent intoxication, adhering to liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare all drink orders accurately and efficiently, charging customers in a timely manner.
- Side Duties: Perform various tasks such as cleaning, garnish preparation, and stocking to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Sanitation: Wash and sanitize all glasses and utensils to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Closing Procedures: Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time.
- Leadership: In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
