Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from scheduling and budgeting to documentation and client communication. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead a team in a safety-first culture, ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Providing proactive leadership and guidance to team members
  • Overseeing the management of construction projects
  • Preparing reports on project progress and cost for clients
  • Maintaining client relationships and communicating effectively
  • Negotiating and administering subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading a team and communicating effectively
