We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Inventory Specialist to join our team at WIS Inventory Solutions. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Use proprietary handheld devices to scan barcodes and update inventory levels in real-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory management processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate inventory information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, inventory, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings and evenings
