Job Title: Inventory and Quality Control Specialist

At MGX Beverage Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Inventory Control & Fulfilment Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues on orders.
  • Perform client packaging audits to ensure accurate product selection and condition.
  • Conduct cycle counts and analyze results to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Support yearly wall-to-wall inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process customer return orders and rework compromised product for resale.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to implement process improvements and train on best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of inventory and quality control experience.
  • Strong Excel and computer skills, with proficiency in using an RF scanner and Warehouse Management System.
  • Ability to operate various materials handling equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Spanish.
