Job Summary:

The Part Time Dietetic Internship Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the National Director on student recruitment, advisement, evaluation, and counseling, as well as curriculum development and updates for accreditation and program improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the National Director on student recruitment, advisement, evaluation, and counseling
  • Develop and update curriculum for accreditation and program improvement
  • Oversee required pre-requisites for cohort interns to start internship
  • Maintain cohort intern and program records for DI accreditation
  • Coordinate with the National Director on the development and updates of policies and procedures for effectively managing the Dietetic Internship
  • Collect and analyze data for ongoing program evaluation and program outcomes

Requirements:

  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
