Position Summary:
The Financial Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting our financial services while ensuring outstanding customer interactions. This position requires accurate processing of financial transactions and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and provide detailed information about our financial services to enhance sales.
- Utilize computer systems to process transactions with precision.
- Manage cash responsibly and maintain compliance with all cash handling procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to all policies and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering standards.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Experience in direct sales is advantageous.
- Prior cash handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma is required.
Physical Requirements:
This role may require sitting, standing, and using hands for various tasks. Employees may need to lift moderate weights and perform activities that involve reaching and walking.
