Job Title: Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of junk and debris from our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction
  • Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of our company and training new hires on day-to-day operations
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Basic knowledge of waste management and safety procedures
