Job Title: Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of junk and debris from our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a junk truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct daily truck inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Price jobs aggressively and meet or exceed sales benchmarks
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of our company
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Basic knowledge of waste management and removal procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
