We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Truck Captain to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction
  • Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks, and making logistical decisions to ensure successful job completion
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of College Hunks Hauling Junk, and training new hires on day-to-day operations and company values
  • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, and more
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
