About the Job
We are seeking skilled Asphalt Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Rose Paving LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of parking lots, including concrete and asphalt repairs, lot marking, sealcoating, and crack sealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete and asphalt repairs, including patching and resurfacing
- Apply sealcoating and crack sealing to parking lots
- Mark parking lots with paint and other materials
- Perform infrared repairs and other maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Some general construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
