Job Summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking a skilled Asphalt Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining asphalt surfaces, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain asphalt surfaces, including patching, sealing, and resurfacing
  • Perform concrete maintenance, including installation and repair of concrete curbs, walks, and pads
  • Assist in storm sewer repair and installation, lot marking, and green paving solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some general construction experience preferred
  • A general aptitude and ability in the areas of preparation and installation of asphalt and concrete repairs, cracksealing, sealcoating, and catch basin repair
