About the Role

The Artiva Product Specialist will work closely with the Systems Operations Manager to conceive and present options to department management with regard to systems/application options, enhancements or operational changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a solid understanding of business principles. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement Artiva enhancements as determined by department management.
  • Maintain accurate records of Artiva activities and key indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, 1-2 years of applicable experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites Applications.
