Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and dynamic business leader to fulfill the role of Location Manager. This pivotal position is tasked with strategically overseeing and managing the distribution operations, ensuring ongoing success in key areas such as:

  • Management of inventory
  • Supervision and development of staff
  • Oversight of cash flow
  • Logistics for delivery and warehousing
  • Providing proactive support and service to FMP clientele

This role encompasses hands-on management duties, including dispatching, customer service, parts handling, and warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

The Location Manager must be a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative and drive necessary to lead operations and its workforce effectively. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within automotive parts distribution
  • At least 3 years of experience with P&L responsibilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze reports to enhance processes and business results
  • Experience in sales and customer engagement is advantageous
  • Capability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
