Job Title: Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor with Accurate Personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationship between our company, clients, and associate employees. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a support service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our client partners, anticipating their staffing requirements and expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of field employee employment, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment.
  • Oversee timekeeping for associate employees and run required reports for the branch and client.
  • Develop creative solutions to staffing and performance challenges.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, cooperation, and workplace safety.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Staffing and recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • High levels of motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata.
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends if necessary.
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.
