Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and testing tasks for electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular rounds inside and outside the building to monitor conditions and take proactive measures to prevent issues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on site to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Systematically troubleshoot and repair technical building equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Accurately document completed tasks and activities to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability.
  • Be available for emergency and on-call service to provide timely support and resolution to critical issues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a related field, such as electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, with a strong understanding of low-voltage systems and building automation systems.
