Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing and photography.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with small business owners and industry professionals.
  • Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry is a plus.
