Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Familiarity with video editing and photography.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with small business owners and industry professionals.
- Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry is a plus.
