Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with product audits and inspections based on AS9100 Standard to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct final shipment audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality problems with the support of the Quality Engineer.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal processes and source inspection items.
  • Update customer specification criteria as directed.
  • Coordinate calibration of measurement equipment if required.
  • Assist Quality Assurance Engineers and Manager as needed.
  • Adhere to quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AS9100 Aerospace Standard and First Article documentation and preparation (AS9102).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and operating inspection/lab test equipment.
  • Computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing, and database management software.
  • Data analysis skills and problem-solving skills consistent with 8-Discipline technique.
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Background in RF and/or Electrical field (preferred).
  • High school diploma with additional technical courses, CQT or CMI preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Quality Inspector experience in manufacturing and minimum of 2 years of Quality Technician Experience.
