• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care, using your expertise to identify and repair issues

• Maintain store-owned gear, adhering to quality control standards

• Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques and principles

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

• Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products (desired)
