Clinical Liaison Specialist

Regency Hospital, a division of Select Medical, is a leading provider of critical illness recovery care. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team.
Responsibilities- Advocate for patients during the pre-admission process, working closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to evaluate patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities, identifying patients who would benefit from our specialized care.
- Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and patient families to plan the best continuum of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Perform clinical assessments of referred patients, providing expert guidance and support to patients and their families.
- Partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes, removing barriers to care and ensuring timely access to our services.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
- Prior sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
