Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, ensuring that all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met.

• Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions.
• Provide exceptional patient care and service, exceeding customer expectations.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (if the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (if the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement).
• Attention and Focus: The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
• Customer Service Orientation: Actively look for ways to help people, and do so in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: The ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription.
• Problem Resolution: Is able to judge when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; recognizing there is a problem.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB National Certification.
