Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions and processing transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, including certification as a Pharmacy Technician
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • PTCB certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
