ESL Teacher Position

Lawrence Family Development Charter School is seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the English language skills of identified students and supporting the goal of high achievement for ESL students.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to identify student needs and develop targeted ESL lessons.
- Provide small-group instruction and support classroom instruction.
- Administer ACCESS and assist with other state assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and discuss student progress.
- Attend Response to Intervention meetings for relevant grade levels.
- Master's Degree in Reading, ESL, or Education preferred.
- ESL certification required.
- 3 years' experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to education reform initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
