Job Title: Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our college's disability support initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing student needs, providing accommodations, and promoting inclusive practices throughout the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students with disabilities, offering guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop accessible curriculum materials and provide necessary accommodations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity within the college community.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in disability support services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as special education, counseling, or psychology.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ADA guidelines and Section 504 regulations.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,453 - $54,316, depending on experience.
