  • Oversee the Facilities team, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Devise strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency in material flow across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven leadership experience in supply chain management and/or procurement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain principles, including ERP systems, cycle counts, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
