Job Summary:

Zolon Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Deployment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce Platform team, you will be responsible for performing specific release management duties and PM responsibilities, including forming a governance structure for the Salesforce Platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Salesforce team to integrate Salesforce into the customer working environment.
  • Use release management tools for Salesforce.
  • Support diverse development communities, develop security models, and develop a RACI matrix to satisfy customers.
  • Have expertise in the mix of self-service release management tools.
  • Support related to release management toolsets.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Release Management and Platform Governance.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, DevOps, changesets, and other change management processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with the full release management lifecycle including scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrate experience in Copado or other Salesforce ALM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to support the Development team throughout the release cycle.
  • Ability to manage release calendars and schedules along with multiple vendors and multiple environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Copado experience and certifications preferred.
  • Guide best practices and industry lessons learned specific to Salesforce.
  • Experience with Jenkins CI, Selenium, Apex, Visual force, Apex, controllers, Triggers, and Data Loader.
  • Experience with Change Sets and XML packages preferred.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI-CD) is preferred.
  • Experience with VCS (Version Control Systems) preferred.
  • Experience with project scoping and demo preparation in government settings is preferred.
  • Experience with SSO and web services integration preferred.
  • Experience with Data migration preferred.
