About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled ski/snowboard professionals to join our team at Eaglecrest Ski Area. As a Certified Ski/Snowboard Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding guests of all ages and skill levels on the mountain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and guide ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ski/snowboard programs and services
Requirements
  • PSIA/AASI certification or foreign equivalency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Physical ability to perform duties in a mountain environment
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
