About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Ski/Snowboard Certified Instructors at Eaglecrest Ski Area. As a Certified Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching skiing and snowboarding skills to guests of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach skiing and snowboarding lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing skills clinics and mentoring programs
  • Meet and exceed guest satisfaction standards
Requirements
  • PSIA/AASI certifications or foreign equivalency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
