Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant for our Dental Faculty. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple faculty members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to faculty members, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Departmental Operations: Assist with coordinating departmental events, meetings, and projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including faculty schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Dean or Associate Dean.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma: Required.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with faculty, staff, and students at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred.
  • Experience in Higher Education: Experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in an administrative role.
