Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Faculty Assistant to support the College of Dental Medicine. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple faculty members, working closely with staff and students to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist faculty members with day-to-day operations and communication requirements
  • Work closely with College of Dental Medicine staff and students
  • Provide administrative support for departmental events and activities
  • Develop and maintain effective office organizational and management procedures
  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to the Dean and the Assistant to the Associate Dean for Academics as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of the specific needs and procedures of the College of Dental Medicine
