Key Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Cold Drink Manager.

• Develops weekly schedules for the Beverage Service Department.

Job Duties:

• Repairing equipment according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

• Estimating costs and communicating effectively with clients.

• Conducting quality assurance tests on company-owned or installed equipment.

• Ensuring staff are knowledgeable about proper equipment care and maintenance.

• Assisting in the installation and removal of equipment, which may involve:

  • Running hose bundles over long distances.
  • Connecting lines to existing plumbing.
  • Assembling racks and shelves.
  • Lifting, moving, and cleaning equipment.

• Transporting equipment from the warehouse to client locations.

• Working with refrigeration systems in commercial settings.

• Upgrading systems to comply with new safety standards and regulations.

• Understanding basic plumbing and electrical concepts related to equipment systems.

• Reading blueprints and manufacturer diagrams associated with equipment.

• Driving company vehicles for the delivery, setup, and retrieval of special event equipment.

• Utilizing basic and advanced tools, including:
  • Screwdrivers
  • Wrenches
  • Pliers
  • Torches
  • Cutters
  • Basic Power Tools

• Proficient in using IOS, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Adobe PDF, and various mobile applications for communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; two to four years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including plumbing experience.

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required (SR-22 insurance is not acceptable).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Visual acuity necessary for proper installation and repair of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Use of pallet jacks and hand carts to load and unload products.

• Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25-50 pounds, with occasional lifting or pushing of up to 100 pounds (loaded hand cart or pallet).

• Regularly required to stand, walk, lift products from floor to waist, shoulder to overhead, use hands for handling tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
