About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MDS Nurse to join our team at Regency at Westland. As a key member of our care management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RAI process and PPS requirements to ensure compliance and optimal resident outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to caregivers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in MDS nursing.
  • AANC certification (RAC-CT) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the RAI process and PPS principles.
