Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Automation Systems Engineer to join our team at Stark Tech Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing building automation systems that optimize energy efficiency and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement building automation systems using Schneider Electric, Tridium, and other industry-standard software
  • Review specifications and contract drawings for assigned projects
  • Provide accurate drawings for HVAC control systems and schematics using Visio
  • Sizing control valves, dampers, air flow stations, and other HVAC system components
  • Write and understand the sequence of operations for HVAC control systems
  • Assemble submittals and O&Ms for projects

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years' experience in relevant field
  • 4+ years' experience in controls design engineering or 8+ years as a controls technician
  • Sound knowledge of electrical circuits, HVAC, sensors, and signal types
  • Familiarity with common control sequences, including ASHRAE Guideline 36P
  • Demonstrated capability drafting control drawings in Visio, AutoCAD, or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
