Job Summary

Trego Dugan Aviation of Grand Island, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Richmond Airport. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide total customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service, being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions.
  • Ramp and Aircraft Support: Assist with ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, wheelchair assist, and commissary duties as required.
  • Customer Support: Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats.
  • Communication: Provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, accommodate customers, and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed.
  • Safety and Security: Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones.
  • Special Assistance: Assist customers with special needs, such as customers who need assistance in boarding.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No experience necessary, will train.
  • Knowledge: Basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to carry 70-pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry 70-pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
