Nurse Professional

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a range of behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to orientation completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
