We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Management Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of policy and guidance, as well as implementing national security programs for a major component of an Executive Department or Independent Agency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policy and guidance to support national security programs
- Conduct research and analysis on legislative matters to inform policy decisions
- Lead cross-organizational or cross-functional working groups to manage support actions and conduct analyses and studies
- Prepare position papers, written documentation, and responses to complex and sensitive inquiries
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service
- Ability to lead the development of policy and guidance, as well as implement national security programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
