About the Role:

This is a field-based position that requires the Oncology Specialist to build and implement territory business plans that align with overall brand objectives and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of disease states, strong relationships with oncologists, nursing and office staff, and the ability to foster collaboration with peers and the extended team network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed assigned sales goal
  • Presents approved disease state and product information to customers, utilizing persuasive selling skills
  • Leverages sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact, strategic plans
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, leveraging cross-functional partners and approved resources
  • Continuously build knowledge of an evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state knowledge & product expertise
  • Collaborate effectively with all territory partners and external counterparts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years Oncology including Solid tumors/lung cancer sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Competitive selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
