Job Description
MEMCO Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Coordinator to manage all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for timely payment.
  • Code and enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for vendors and suppliers.

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of experience in cash management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
