About this Position

Katalyst Data Management is looking for a highly motivated Delivery and Coordination Professional to join our team. This role involves coordinating technology delivery to clients through existing defined projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management and experience in managing oil and gas subsurface data and records. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and the Katalyst service delivery team, especially the development team in the early stages.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services that meet business needs of clients and ensure compatibility and integration between service lines within the company.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the Katalyst service delivery team.
  • Ensure technology deliverables are fully documented and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Help define, implement, and promote project, process, and data standards.
  • Engage in regular and periodic reviews with the project team and clients.
  • Promote knowledge management and innovation among their organization.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Foster continuous improvements by simplifying processes that drive measurable results.
  • Perform weekly performance tracking and benchmarking.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with multiple teams and projects to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Basic SQL and database management skills.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in geoscience preferred.
  • 5 years' experience managing oil and gas subsurface data and records.
  • 1 year experience leading data management teams and projects preferred.
