Job Title: Regional Apartment Maintenance Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Regional Apartment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Indus Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and budgets.
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of related maintenance experience.
  • English/Spanish fluency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Entrata a plus).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
