Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Ticketmaster. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily management of clients within our Venues & Promoters vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming client requests for marketing support in coordination with our Marketing Solutions Team
  • Schedule emails to the Ticketmaster database
  • Support the execution of digital media campaigns (programmatic, social, SEM + SMS campaigns)
  • Establish and maintain an organizational system to track requests/needs of Marketing Managers and clients
  • Execute tactical marketing initiatives utilizing Ticketmaster's internal tools or routing requests to appropriate internal teams
  • Host conference calls/zoom meetings to present Ticketmaster's Suite of Marketing Assets to new clients/new contacts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers
  • Report results on marketing tactics when available
  • Monitor and reply to requests from select clients, including marketing asset and reporting tools education, outlining strong marketing recommendations based on specific client needs, addressing client questions and concerns in a timely manner, etc.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
  • Data-driven, with a deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Strong Excel skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets with at least one BI tool
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the digital media industry is preferred
  • Understanding and interest in the business side of live entertainment; passion is a plus
  • Ability to think independently and be resourceful in problem-solving
  • Strong competence in Microsoft Office products—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with content management systems, graphic web design tools, and image manipulation tools is a plus
