**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Business Account Management team to drive revenue in all aspects of the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to customers.
- Manage sales records, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide after-sales support and work with the technical team to service customer requirements.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
**Supply Chain Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for the purchasing process, logistics coordination, and management of inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices and terms of contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Issue purchase orders in the Inventory System to suppliers for the purchase of key components, materials, and consumables.
- Sourcing suppliers and purchasing electrical equipment, motors, spare parts, and other electronic components.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling and analyze inventory to implement solutions to improve inventory turnover.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvement in the procurement function.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or experience in sourcing manufacturing parts.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
