**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Manage sales records, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Provide after-sales support and work with the technical team to service customer requirements.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.

**Supply Chain Responsibilities:**

  • Responsible for the purchasing process, logistics coordination, and management of inventory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices and terms of contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Issue purchase orders in the Inventory System to suppliers for the purchase of key components, materials, and consumables.
  • Sourcing suppliers and purchasing electrical equipment, motors, spare parts, and other electronic components.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling and analyze inventory to implement solutions to improve inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvement in the procurement function.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or experience in sourcing manufacturing parts.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
