Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient transfers and discharges, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in clinical nursing practice.
  • A valid Nursing License for the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification completed prior to taking up the position and maintained throughout employment.
Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
