CommonSpirit Health, a leading healthcare provider, invites applications for a Patient Care Coordinator. This role requires a skilled professional who can provide safe and efficient patient transportation within hospital departments and distribute equipment, carts, and commodities as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000-$60,000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport patients safely and efficiently within hospital departments.
• Ensure the distribution of equipment, carts, and commodities to and from assigned areas.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant class preferred.
• Basic Computer/Keyboard skills preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
