The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless inventory control and product flow.
  • Execute cycle counts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed to maintain accuracy.
  • Manage full inventory processes quarterly to mitigate shrinkage, on-hand negatives/overages, and achieve/exceed operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate product deliveries/receipt, software/systems management, defectives, and overall organization to enhance client experience and drive sales.
  • Ensure proper supply replenishment and on-hand level management to meet client demands.
  • Manage daily fulfillment needs and communicate effectively with team members and clients to fuel business success.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to drive business impact, achieve/exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and adaptable to work alongside a strong team.
