Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at Matanuska Telephone Association. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance with a wide range of issues related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a support center environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
