About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our customers, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.
  • Drive self-generated sales and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
  • Interact with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions, including grass roots marketing and field sales events in the community.
  • Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.
Requirements
  • Active Georgia Health Insurance license.
  • Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptop and mobile phone applications, and an understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Outlook.
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • Territory to include: Newton County.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Georgia Life Insurance license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint.
  • Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
  • Experience selling Medicare products.
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance.
  • Prior experience in public speaking and presentations.
