Job Title: Real Estate Coordinator

Hamilton Families is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Department, you will play a critical role in cultivating relationships with landlords, investors, and private homeowners to secure housing opportunities for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Real Estate staff in their daily activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and owners to provide housing in the public and private rental market
  • Work closely with the program leadership team to execute the Heading Home Campaign strategy
  • Proactively seek out and identify available housing units to meet monthly goals
  • Facilitate regular meetings with HF housing search and retention teams to ensure participant housing placement and retention stability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in property management, real estate, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of rental housing market and housing resources in the Bay Area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong networking and relationship-building skills
