We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience in clinical engineering management to oversee the operations of a large multisite Clinical Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills and a working knowledge of industry-standard clinical engineering management practices.
The role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure a quality, cost-effective program that meets or exceeds the expectations of large accounts and their clinical engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Clinical Engineering Department to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Conduct regular department head visits and meetings to ensure timely delivery of client reports and maintain a safe working environment that meets OSHA and Joint Commission guidelines.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators for various facilities to measure departmental performance.
- Ensure the financial performance of the department aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular department head visits and meetings to review the performance of the Clinical Engineering program, maintain PM/CM completion at or above program targets, and actively participate in capital asset planning, purchasing, and other assigned committees.
- Complete customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving all expense budgets and cost containment targets, ensuring adherence to company expenditure policies.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires regular on-site presence at our facilities.
