Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a key role that combines business acumen, operational expertise, and people management skills. As a strategic leader, you will drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and optimize store processes for efficiency. Your creative expertise will shine through in floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As a talent leader, you will drive recruiting, training, engagement, and development. You will foster an inclusive work environment and promote a culture of belonging for your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive Sales: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels to meet customer needs.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring a compelling shopping experience.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and optimize store processes for efficiency.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing levels, schedules, and payroll to meet business needs.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
  • Asset Protection: Implement measures to prevent theft and protect company assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities.
