Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform testing and analysis on specimens submitted to our laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization, University Health, that prioritizes exceptional service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct various procedures for testing or analysis on specimens, ensuring accuracy and precision in results. Collaborate with laboratory staff to maintain a high-quality workflow and efficient specimen processing. Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies to enhance our services.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical, or biological science is required. Alternatively, a high school graduate or equivalent with successful completion of military training of 50 or more weeks as a medical laboratory specialist may be considered. Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) is mandatory.
